Administrative Core

GOAL

To guide research coordination for CHIMES and support research translation into meaningful change for individuals living with and at risk for HIV, including maintaining a central hub of resources to promote meaningful engagement among researchers, multilateral organizations, and community groups.

SPECIFIC AIMS

Aim 1: Develop and implement the management and organizational strategy for achieving CHIMES’ objectives across the Measurement, Intervention and Development Cores.

Aim 2: Coordinate and manage CHIMES’ cores to ensure harmonious execution of programmatic, financial, advisory, knowledge management and communications activities.

Aim 3: Monitor and evaluate progress towards the overarching CHIMES’ objectives, supporting continuous project-wide learning.
